Vietnamese street food restaurant group Pho has launched the world’s first pink sriracha sauce as part of a colourful new summer promotion.
Created in partnership with premium Thai condiment brand SABZU, Pink Sriracha is available exclusively at Pho restaurants across the UK and through Deliveroo until the end of August.

The hot pink sauce is made using white Thai chillies grown exclusively in northern Thailand, with hibiscus flowers providing its distinctive colour and an initial fruity flavour before the spicy heat arrives.
Pho says the sauce has been designed to tap into the growing “fricy” food trend, which combines fruity and spicy flavours.

To mark the launch, the restaurant group is also introducing “Pink Wednesdays” throughout August.
Customers who visit a Pho restaurant wearing pink on a Wednesday will be able to enjoy selected dishes and a spicy pink margarita for £5 each.
The offer includes crispy spring rolls, seasoned chicken wings and fresh summer rolls, as well as a pink margarita infused with dragon fruit and Thai chillies.

Pho operates more than 50 restaurants across the UK, from Edinburgh to Exeter, serving a menu inspired by Vietnamese street food.
Pink Sriracha will be available exclusively at Pho restaurants nationwide and through Deliveroo until the end of August.
