Liverpool’s popular Greek street food brand Laros is expanding into Greater Manchester with a permanent kitchen takeover at The Little B in Sale, marking the business’s first customer-facing presence in the region.
Officially launching on 20 March, the partnership will see Laros take over the kitchen at the neighbourhood venue, giving Manchester diners the opportunity to experience the brand’s authentic Greek street food in a vibrant hospitality setting for the first time.
Founded by Nikolaos Fylladitakis in 2019, Laros has become a firm favourite in Liverpool thanks to its flavour-packed gyros wraps, traditional souvlaki and fresh Greek dishes inspired by family recipes.
Liverpool favourite expands into Manchester

Speaking about the expansion, Nikolaos said:
“Expanding into Manchester is a really exciting moment for us.
“Liverpool has supported Laros from the beginning, so being able to bring our food to the city in a new venue felt like a natural next step for us.
“Taking over the kitchen at The Little B allows us to move away from a dark kitchen concept and offer a proper hospitality experience where guests can sit, relax and enjoy authentic Greek street food in a great atmosphere.
“Our goal has always been to share the food we grew up eating in Greece and show people how simple, fresh ingredients can create something really special.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming Manchester guests and sharing Laros with a whole new community.”
The move represents the next step in Laros’ steady growth since launching in Liverpool. The brand currently operates locations on Bold Street, Storrsdale Road in Mossley Hill, a kitchen inside Blackstock Market, as well as a pop-up at Hotel Anfield.
Until now, Laros’ presence in Manchester had been limited to a delivery-only dark kitchen.
The new partnership with The Little B transforms that model into a full dining experience where customers can enjoy freshly prepared Greek street food on-site.
Located in the heart of Sale, The Little B has built a reputation as a welcoming neighbourhood venue known for its relaxed atmosphere, drinks offering and strong sense of community.
The collaboration provides the perfect setting for Laros to introduce its menu to a new audience while maintaining the casual, sociable feel associated with Greek street food culture.
Gyros, souvlaki and Greek-style burgers on the menu

From launch, guests will be able to enjoy Laros’ signature dishes every day from 12 pm to 10 pm, including the brand’s well-known gyros wraps, souvlaki skewer boxes, loaded hot boxes and fresh Greek salads.
The menu will also feature a range of plant-based options from the Laros Green menu, ensuring vegan diners can also enjoy traditional Greek-inspired street food made with the same focus on quality ingredients and bold flavours.
In addition, Laros will debut a new selection of Greek-style burgers exclusively at The Little B.
The new range includes The Laros Burger, featuring a beef patty topped with feta cheese and sriracha mayo, Grilled Chicken with honey mustard mayo, and the Fried Talagani Cheese Burger, finished with sriracha mayo.
Authenticity remains at the heart of the Laros brand as many of the key ingredients used across the menu are imported directly from Greece, including meats, dairy products and a selection of Greek drinks such as wines, beers and soft drinks.
Nikolaos originally moved to Liverpool in 2014 and launched Laros five years later as a way of sharing the dishes he and his family grew up eating.
Since then, the brand has built a loyal following thanks to its focus on simple, high-quality ingredients and traditional flavours that celebrate the essence of Greek street food.
With its first permanent Manchester base now secured, Laros hopes the new partnership will introduce even more diners to its authentic menu across the North West.
