Ensuring customers enjoy the finest, high-quality produce, Ring O’Bells continues to work with esteemed regional producers, sourcing premium cuts from Althams Butchers in Morecambe and fresh dairy from Lancashire’s own Rowlands Dairy.
From fresh wild garlic in their new Wild Garlic & Chicken Kebab, to seasonal greens like the Grilled Asparagus, Peas & Avocado Salad, the dishes celebrate the very best flavours of the warmer months.
Diners can enjoy a menu brimming with sweet heat and citrus notes, whether tucking into the Beef Short Rib Scotch Egg paired with a spiced mango chutney, enjoying a Sticky Hot Honey Halloumi Kebab, or rounding off a sunny afternoon with a crisp Lemon Pavlova topped with Chantilly cream and mixed summer berries.
