LFC legends, both past and present, have come together to mark the official launch of the club’s new home and away kits, designed by new kit supplier adidas.
The highly anticipated reunion between two global sporting powerhouses, announced in March, has now come to life with the unveiling of the kits, available to buy now.


First team players including Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah, Ceri Holland, and Curtis Jones feature in a whimsical, Alice in Wonderland-inspired launch video, joined by Anfield greats Sir Kenny Dalglish, Ian Rush, John Barnes, Robbie Fowler, and Jamie Carragher.
This marks the third era of adidas kits for the Reds, following previous partnerships from 1985–1996 and 2006–2012 – periods that saw three top-flight league titles and three FA Cup triumphs, all in iconic adidas designs.
The new range blends adidas’ latest performance tech with a nod to LFC’s rich heritage. Both the home and away shirts are available in short and long-sleeve versions for added fan choice.
The home kit showcases a clean all-red design with crisp white adidas three-stripe detailing and a modern crew-neck collar.
The away shirt draws inspiration from classic LFC kits, featuring an off-white base accented with bold black and red detailing. A shield-shaped Liver Bird crest pays homage to the silhouette of Anfield’s Main Stand, first built in 1906.
On the back of both jerseys, the 97-emblem, framed by eternal flames, honours those lost at Hillsborough.


In tribute to Diogo Jota, fans can choose to have ‘Diogo J. 20’ printed on their shirts in official club or adidas stores (online or in-store where available). All profits from these shirt sales will support the LFC Foundation’s new grassroots football programme established in Diogo’s name.

The men’s first team will debut the new home kit during the pre-season doubleheader at Anfield against Athletic Club on August 4 and the new away kit during the Community Shield game against Crystal Palace on August 10. LFC women will wear the new away kit for the first time during pre-season on August 9 against Aston Villa and the new home kit on August 17 against Durham. The shirts will feature the players’ new numbers for the 2025-26 season, which were revealed earlier today.
The kits are on sale now via LFC’s official online store, official LFC shops (UK and international), and the LFC Retail App.
To celebrate the launch, fans purchasing either kit through official LFC retail channels during the first week will receive a 10% discount (T&Cs apply). All Red Members and season ticket holders can also access an additional 10% discount on shirt prices.
