Liverpool FC and adidas have unveiled the club’s new away kit for the 2026/27 season, featuring a design inspired by some of the Reds’ most recognisable shirts from the mid-1980s.
Men’s and women’s first-team players Ryan Gravenberch, Mia Enderby and Hugo Ekitike joined club captains Virgil van Dijk and Grace Fisk to reveal the strip in the official launch campaign.

The shirt has a clean white base with red and grey detailing, combining a retro appearance with modern performance technology.
Liverpool’s heritage Liver bird crest appears alongside the adidas Trefoil logo, which has returned as part of a tribute to the longstanding relationship between the club and the sportswear brand.
A bespoke pattern woven into the fabric takes inspiration from historic Anfield match tickets, incorporating archival graphic elements intended to recognise generations of supporters who have passed through the stadium’s turnstiles.
Fans were given an unexpected early glimpse of the shirt when Reds supporter and international music star Calvin Harris wore the new kit during his headline performance at Ushuaïa Ibiza.

The complete away strip includes red shorts and white socks, with coordinated detailing and adidas branding.
Liverpool and adidas have also launched a new away goalkeeper kit alongside the home goalkeeper shirt. The latest design features a black and purple colour scheme with contrasting white details.
The wider away collection includes training wear, lifestyle clothing, headwear, accessories, LFC slides and adidas Spezial trainers available in three colourways.
Designed for elite-level performance, the player version of the jersey uses lightweight engineered fabrics and adidas’ CLIMACOOL+ technology, developed to improve airflow and moisture management during matches.

The launch comes as Liverpool return to the United States for their 2026/27 pre-season tour, which includes fixtures in Nashville, New York and Chicago.
The Reds are due to wear the away kit for the first time against Wrexham at Yankee Stadium in New York City on Wednesday, July 29.

The new collection goes on sale from 9am BST on July 29 through Liverpool’s online store, official LFC shops in the UK and overseas, and the LFC Store app. Prices will remain unchanged from last season.
Season ticket holders and All Red Full, Light and Junior members are eligible for a 10 per cent discount.
Worldwide shipping is available through UPS, with free delivery offered on purchases of more than £85 in the UK and selected countries.
