Hawksmoor Liverpool is raising a glass to Negroni Week with £7 cocktails throughout an extended month-long celebration.
The popular steakhouse will serve both its Classic Negroni and hugely successful Sour Cherry Negroni for just £7 from 21 September until 18 October, giving Liverpool guests the chance to enjoy the cocktails for less than at any other Hawksmoor location in the UK.
Negroni Week officially takes place from 21–27 September, but Hawksmoor is extending the celebrations after reaching a major milestone with its Sour Cherry Negroni.
Created by Hawksmoor Beverage Director Liam Davy during the height of the pandemic, the cocktail started life as a lockdown experiment before becoming one of the restaurant group’s biggest drinks success stories.
More than 500,000 Sour Cherry Negronis have now been sold, making it Hawksmoor’s best-selling cocktail.
The drink combines Campari, East London Liquor Co Gin, sweet vermouth and sour cherry juice, putting a contemporary twist on the Italian classic.
Using acid-adjusted sour cherry juice and rosé vermouth alongside preserved English cherries, the cocktail balances the familiar bitterness of a Negroni with a distinctive fruit-led finish.
To celebrate passing the half-a-million mark, Hawksmoor will offer both its Sour Cherry Negroni and Classic Negroni at a special price throughout the promotion.
While the cocktails will cost £10 at other Hawksmoor restaurants around the UK, Hawksmoor Liverpool will serve them for £7.
The celebrations will also support Slow Food, the international movement at the heart of Negroni Week.
Operating through communities and activists in more than 160 countries, Slow Food campaigns for a food system that is better for people, producers and the planet.
The cause aligns with Hawksmoor’s own sustainability commitments, with the restaurant group certified as a B Corp.
Hawksmoor’s extended Negroni Week celebrations run from Monday 21 September until Sunday 18 October 2026 across its UK restaurants.
