Hawksmoor Liverpool has introduced a brand-new Steak Flight tasting experience, giving diners the chance to sample four premium cuts of beef from renowned British farms.
Available for a limited time at Hawksmoor restaurants across the UK, the new sharing experience has been designed for steak lovers looking to discover different flavours, textures and breeds of cattle.

Priced at £200 and recommended for four to five people, The Steak Flight features four distinctive steaks, each carefully sourced, dry-aged and cooked over Hawksmoor’s signature charcoal grills.
Guests will also receive accompanying tasting notes, helping them explore how different cattle breeds, farming methods and diets influence the flavour and texture of each cut.
The experience builds on Hawksmoor’s 20-year commitment to sourcing, ageing and cooking high-quality British beef.
Working directly with a network of British farmers, the restaurant group places particular emphasis on animal welfare, soil health and traditional farming practices.

What’s included in Hawksmoor’s Steak Flight?
The new tasting experience brings together four carefully selected cuts, each offering something different.
Wildfell Wagyu Sirloin
Sourced from Wildfell Farm in Norfolk, this Wagyu beef comes from cattle raised as part of a project to restore historic British farmland.
Finished on a diet that includes malt nuts and potato peelings, the beef delivers an intensely rich, buttery flavour.
Hawksmoor Farms Rump
This cut comes from Hawksmoor’s established network of small British farms, where cattle are slowly reared on a natural diet of grass and forage.
The traditional farming approach helps develop the rich, naturally beefy flavour associated with rump steak.
Longhorn Rib-Eye
Longhorn beef has been part of Hawksmoor’s story since the restaurant group first opened 20 years ago.
Co-founders Will Beckett and Huw Gott originally sourced Longhorn cattle from a North Yorkshire herd after discovering what they considered some of the finest beef they had ever tasted.
The native British breed was once close to extinction during the 1970s, but dedicated farmers helped secure its future.
Hawksmoor continues to work with the same farming network today.
Aberdeen Angus Fillet
The final cut comes from purebred British Aberdeen Angus cattle, slowly reared on traditional British farms.
Known for its fine grain and exceptional tenderness, the fillet offers a smooth texture alongside a clean, distinctive beef flavour.
Hawksmoor introduces exclusive new Malbec wine
Alongside The Steak Flight, Hawksmoor has also launched a new own-label wine created in collaboration with Argentine winery Kaiken.
The Kaiken x Hawksmoor Mendoza Malbec has been developed exclusively for the restaurant group and is available only at Hawksmoor restaurants.
The new wine offers diners another option to complement the restaurant’s premium steak selection.
How much is Hawksmoor’s Steak Flight?
The Steak Flight costs £200 and is recommended for four to five people, making it a sharing experience for groups of friends, families or special occasions.
The tasting experience is available for a limited time at all Hawksmoor UK restaurants, including Hawksmoor Liverpool.
No advance booking is required specifically for The Steak Flight, with guests able to order the experience directly at their table.
Hawksmoor Liverpool is located at India Buildings on Water Street in Liverpool city centre.
