Blank Street is set to open its first Liverpool store at Liverpool ONE on Sunday 1 November, bringing its signature coffees, matcha drinks and a brand-new ice cream offering to the city.
The popular coffee brand will open at Kiosk 5 on Paradise Street following a two-year search for the perfect Liverpool location.

The opening marks a UK first for Blank Street, with the new Liverpool ONE site becoming the brand’s first standalone kiosk in the country.
The store has been designed to reflect Blank Street’s original location, Wythe Diner in Brooklyn, featuring a curved facade, mirrored stainless steel counter and warm halo lighting.
The space aims to offer more than just a takeaway coffee stop, providing somewhere for shoppers and visitors to meet friends over an afternoon drink or evening ice cream.
What will be on the menu at Blank Street Liverpool?
Customers can look forward to Blank Street’s signature drinks, including the Blondie and White Chocolate Matcha and Latte, alongside traditional favourites such as flat whites, lattes, iced coffees and cold brews.
All drinks are made using specialty coffee and first-harvest matcha.
The brand’s limited-edition Autumn Menu will also be available from opening day, featuring seasonal drinks including the Cinnamon Bun Latte and Matcha, made with oat milk, cinnamon, maple syrup and cream cheese icing.
Another seasonal addition is the Harvest Chai Matcha, combining masala chai, poached pear jam and chai spice. All three autumn drinks will be available hot or iced.
Liverpool will also become one of the first Blank Street locations globally to introduce the brand’s new ice cream offering.
Made in Switzerland using just six natural ingredients, the ice cream will be finished with a signature shell available in matcha, coffee or chocolate flavours.
Special celebrations planned for Liverpool opening
To celebrate its arrival in the city, Blank Street is planning special gifts for Liverpool customers who have been eagerly awaiting the brand’s opening.
The company is also developing local partnerships with running clubs and community groups across Liverpool as it looks to become part of the city’s community.
Ignacio Llado, Co-Founder at Blank Street, said:
“Liverpool has been a project two years in the making. You only open your first store in a city once, so it had to be the ultimate Blank Street experience.
“The location and the design had to be perfect, and I’m convinced we got there. I can’t wait to finally bring it to life.”
Blank Street Liverpool ONE will officially open on Sunday 1 November 2026 at Kiosk 5, Paradise Street, Liverpool ONE, L1.
