The Turnpike in Broadgreen has reopened following a three-week refurbishment, unveiling a fresh new look with updated interiors, improved dining spaces and a brighter bar area.
The popular Liverpool pub has undergone a makeover, introducing new furnishings and a more comfortable dining area while retaining its welcoming atmosphere for locals and regular visitors.

The refurbishment aims to provide an improved setting for everything from family meals and casual drinks to catching up with friends and watching live sport.
Alongside its refreshed interiors, The Turnpike continues to serve its popular Sizzling Pubs menu, featuring a selection of hearty dishes and pub favourites.
Customers can enjoy dishes including the Honey Clucker, Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken and Pork Tomahawk, while those with a sweet tooth can choose from desserts such as the Caramelised Waffle.

Michael O’Donnell, General Manager at The Turnpike, said:
“We couldn’t be more excited to show off the pub’s new look. It’s been amazing seeing guests walk in and instantly feel at home.
“Whether you’re popping in to watch the big game, grabbing a bite with the kids, or just catching up over a drink, we’ve kept everything you love about the place with a bit of extra sizzle.”

The pub also offers a regular programme of entertainment, including live sport shown on big screens and its popular weekly quiz, which takes place every Wednesday at 8pm.
The Turnpike is also home to one of the largest beer gardens in the area, providing an outdoor space for customers to enjoy drinks and meals with friends and family during the warmer months.
With its refurbishment now complete, the Broadgreen venue is welcoming customers back to experience its updated surroundings.
