Cazoo, the UK’s leading online car retailer, which makes buying or selling a car as simple and seamless as ordering any other product online, has today opened its latest Customer Centre located on Derby Road in Liverpool.
This marks the 19th customer collection/drop off location opened by Cazoo over the past 11 months.
The site was acquired earlier this year and Cazoo has since invested over £1m and created 15 new customer-facing and vehicle-servicing jobs. The company is planning to open a further 5 Customer Centres across the UK this year, providing Cazoo customers the option to collect cars they purchase or drop off cars they sell online in addition to its home delivery and pick up service.
Cazoo is one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe and is pioneering the shift to online car buying and selling. Cazoo has already sold over 35,000 cars in the UK since its launch less than 2 years ago as consumers have embraced the selection, transparency and convenience of buying quality used cars entirely online.
Cazoo has also recently launched an all-inclusive monthly car subscription service for new cars as well as its used car buying service in the UK and is gearing up to launch its proposition later this year in both France and Germany. Cazoo owns and fully reconditions all its cars before offering them on its website for either delivery or collection in as little as 72 hours and has thousands of cars available at any time.
The new Cazoo Customer Centre in Liverpool is less than 2 miles away from Goodison Park, home of Everton Football Club which is sponsored by Cazoo and will provide even more options for Cazoo’s customers in Liverpool who choose to either buy a car or sell a car online. The new site also has a full service centre, allowing Cazoo customers to have their cars maintained in top condition.
