Browns Brasserie & Bar in Liverpool has officially launched its new summer menu, introducing a variety of seasonal British brasserie favourites designed around fresher, brighter flavours.
The updated selection focuses on high-quality seasonal ingredients with an elegant twist, catering to relaxed daytime dining, evening meals, and casual city centre get-togethers.
Among the newly introduced starters on the menu are fresh Asparagus and Poached Egg served with hollandaise and crispy leeks, alongside a Sticky Hot Honey Chicken dish that combines sweet and spicy flavours with buckwheat, grains, and a coriander yoghurt dip.
Seafood features heavily across the main course options this season, with the kitchen introducing Cornish Sole accompanied by sautéed baby potatoes and clam and pancetta butter.
Diners can also choose from a Miso-Glazed Salmon served with a crispy sushi rice cake, shimeji mushrooms, and mushroom dashi, or a Butterfield Sea Bass paired with Isle of Wight tomatoes, Nocellara olives, and charred lemon.
For meat lovers, the menu highlights include a Duo of Lamb, featuring a tender lamb fillet and a crispy lamb bonbon alongside pomme Anna, pancetta, and a rich red wine jus.
Vegetarian options have also been expanded with a vibrant Risotto Verde made from asparagus, courgette, peas, and basil pesto.
The restaurant’s signature butcher’s cuts, including sirloin, ribeye, and fillet steaks, remain on the menu, now joined by a luxury Lobster Surf & Turf option that pairs a 200g fillet steak with a succulent lobster tail drizzled in garlic and parsley butter.
To finish, the dessert menu has been updated with a seasonal Peach & Rosemary twist on the classic British Eton Mess, while a decadent Salted Caramel & Chocolate Delice with fresh raspberries, honeycomb, and Belgian cocoa crumb caters to chocolate lovers.
Midweek Value Dining and Fixed-Price Menu Structures

For mid-week diners, the Liverpool city centre venue is running a daytime fixed-price menu from Monday to Friday between 12 pm and 7 pm, with two courses priced from £19.50 or three courses from £24.50.
Those looking to dine later in the evening can access the Taste of Spring menu from 7pm onwards, which offers two courses from £25 or three courses from £30.
The classic breakfast menus continue to run daily for early morning visitors, whilst the traditional British roast with all the classic trimmings remains the central focus for Sunday service.
