The Choir with No Name Liverpool’s annual Big Gig returns to the Everyman on Saturday 18th July 2026, with poet Joseph Roberts as special guest.
The choir, which involves people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation, will provide a feel-good night of live music and poetry.
The eagerly anticipated annual show will see the performance group raising the roof with its renowned uplifting and unifying showcase of rock and pop classics.
In a massive boost for the event, they will be joined by 22-year-old Liverpool poet Joseph Roberts, who will perform poems from his debut poetry album A Whole New Meaning VOL. 1.
A true poet for the people with community cohesion at heart, Joseph’s work has featured on the likes of TNT Sports, Premier League, Amazon Prime, and he has supported Dr. John Cooper Clarke.
Adding further musical variety to the evening, the stage will also welcome guests Indigo Vibe, a jazzy, vibrant local choir who will perform a host of harmonic hits spanning soulful pop, blues, jazz, rock and R&B.
The entire event serves as a crucial fundraiser for the group, with all profits made through ticket sales and donations on the night supporting the cost of keeping the organisation’s weekly rehearsals running smoothly.
The showcase takes place on Saturday, 18th July at Liverpool Everyman Theatre, starting at 7:30 pm.
