Foodies in Liverpool can enjoy a fresh taste of Indian sunshine as Bundobust brings a brand new seasonal dining experience to its popular venue.
The popular venue, which has established itself as a key destination in the local hospitality scene, is looking to make the most of the sunnier weather by launching a collection of refreshing serves.
Bundobust is bringing Ultimate Refreshment to the city this summer, with a limited-edition menu of street food snacks, seasonal drinks and refreshing specials inspired by some of India’s most iconic warm-weather treats.
Running until Sunday 19th July, the special menu includes legendary Indian street food, ice-cold beers, cocktail happy hour and nostalgic summer flavours, designed for sharing with friends in the sunshine.
The outdoor space provides an ideal backdrop for meeting up with friends, colleagues, or family to unwind in the heart of the city centre.
Inspired by the bustling street food stalls of Mumbai’s Chowpatty Beach, Bundobust’s Summer Specials menu celebrates the lighter, brighter side of Indian street food.
The newly introduced dishes and drinks are available alongside Bundobust’s signature menu or simply as a standalone bar visit for those wanting a casual drink.
The specially curated menu is available to sample from now and will remain on offer throughout the summer season.
The Ultimate Refreshment Special Dishes

The Sour Mango Kachumbar features a green mango lime and ginger slaw with crispy chaat masala Tofoo tempeh, panch phoran tarka, and roasted peanuts.
The iconic Pani Puri consists of crisp semolina puffs with aloo chickpea masala, which guests fill up with a tangy herb and spice water and a sweet imli chutney.
The Sev Puri consists of crispy puri shells filled with chaat masala spiced mung beans, onion, and cucumber, layered with tamarind, green chutney, and a cooling cumin yoghurt, topped with spicy tikhi sev.
The Falooda Float offers pure Desi summertime nostalgia, featuring a fragrant, sweet milk drink with vermicelli jelly sabja seeds, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, rose syrup, and a pistachio crumb.
The Kulfi rounds out the sweet options as a creamy frozen treat-on-a-stick made with rhubarb, cardamom, and pistachio.
Bundobust Liverpool Summer Menu Craft Beers and Daily Cocktails

Behind the bar, visitors can take advantage of a great drink deal to keep the seasonal celebrations going.
Guests can enjoy 2 for £12 cocktails of Bundobust’s best sellers, all day, every day throughout the campaign, featuring favourites including the Spicy Mango Margarita, Chaispresso Martini, Peach Mai Tai and Passionfruit Spritz.
The venue has also teamed up with Oatly again to launch a new Iced Chai topped with strawberry and rose falooda cold foam.
Beer fans can look forward to the return of Shynee, Bundobust Brewery’s easy-drinking English-hopped lager, brewed with English malts and hops for a clean, refreshing pint.
Joining the draught line-up is Bend It Like Bundo, a brand-new collaboration pale ale brewed with Northern Monk to celebrate the 2026 World Cup.
Packed with Cascade, Rakau, and Krush hops, the limited-edition beer will be available on tap and in cans across the venue.
