Vegan Vision menu at The Florist so popular its here to stay throughout February!

  • February 4, 2020
  • Editor

Earlier this year Liverpool’s beautiful, floral venue, The Florist on Hardman Street launched a brand new vegan menu, in line with the increasingly popular Veganuary.

As of mid-January, the not-for profit organisation ‘Veganuary’, had over 380,000 participants pledge to give the challenge a try in 2020. Record numbers, which have just demonstrated the rising importance of restaurants and retailers providing a wider range of vegan options for customers.

The Florist’s 2020 vision campaign has encouraged guests to live their best lives, whether that’s eating more plant-based foods, attending wellness events or treating yourself to a great time.

With this in mind,  The Florist recognises the importance and exciting opportunity of a vegan lifestyle for an increasing number of our guests who may continue Veganuary. So, following the successful launch of their “Vegan Vision” menu, the delicious dishes will also continue into February!

Popular dishes on the plant-based menu include Moving Mountains burger sliders, sweetcorn fritters and the sweet and spicy bang bang cauliflower. Or those looking for a nutritious, Asian inspired meals, the Buddha and Seoul Bowls are also proving popular. All dishes are designed with sharing in mind, so everyone around the table can enjoy The Florist’s dining experience.

Also featuring on the Vegan Vision menu, are a selection of feel-good smoothies including ‘It’s OK to be blue’ where 25p from each of these smoothies is donated to Mind, The Florist’s national mental health charity.

The vibrant colours and flavours of these dishes will certainly break any pre-conceptions you might have about vegan options in Liverpool… but don’t take our word for it, try for yourself!

Sitting alongside The Florist’s sharing a la carte menu, the Vegan Vision menu is perfect for vegan diners and those who are looking to explore more vegan options to try something new!

To celebrate the continuation of the vegan menu, The Florist is offering an exclusive 40% off all food until 13th February*

Book online for this exclusive discount – see you under the blossom trees!
