Tucked away in the vibrant core of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle is Sub Rosa—an inviting outdoor escape that thrives for half the year. Our journey began with the launch of the Botanical Garden, a unique venue that quickly won over the community.

Over time, Sub Rosa has transformed into a dynamic retreat, offering something for everyone. A rotating lineup of pop-up food vendors serves up mouthwatering dishes from around the world, while outdoor games spark lighthearted competition and plenty of laughs.

The atmosphere is brought to life by a suspended speaker system that fills the air with infectious beats. As evening falls, fire pits crackle to life, creating a warm, communal vibe. With covered spaces providing comfort in all weather, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy expertly mixed cocktails, savour the distinct flavour of orange wine, or chill out with one of our signature frozen drinks.

We have 6 different bookable spaces for all sizes of parties from 6 to 250, but we have the ability to connect with our neighbours and host over 1000 people.
