The Beatles Story has unveiled an exclusive new VIP tour experience, the first of its kind in the attraction’s 35-year history.
From January 2026, a limited number of fans will be able to step beyond the usual visitor journey and get remarkably close to some of the most treasured items in the museum’s privately owned Beatles collection.

For the first time ever, guests will be invited to sit at Ringo Starr’s original drumkit, peer through John Lennon’s iconic glasses, pose for photos with George Harrison’s first guitar, and even hold Brian Epstein’s briefcase – a rare opportunity to connect with the people and moments that shaped music history.*
Mary Chadwick, General Manager of The Beatles Story, said:
“We are offering our fans an opportunity to experience The Beatles Story in a new and exciting way. We are proud of our impressive memorabilia collection here at the museum, and we’re so excited to be able to share it with visitors in a unique way for 2026 and beyond.”
The intimate two-hour experience includes welcome drinks and canapés before a dedicated guide leads the group through a behind-the-scenes tour of the award-winning attraction, offering insight, stories and the chance to ask anything you’ve ever wanted to know.

The VIP tour will run on selected dates throughout 2026 and is priced at £170 per person, with very limited availability. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly and can be booked now here.
Mary added:
“This exclusive VIP tour gives fans a once-in-a-lifetime chance not only to delve deeper into the fascinating stories behind our memorabilia collection, but to see our artefacts up close and personal too.”
