Liverpool’s very own Queen of Scotty Road, Philip Regan, has officially entered the Big Brother 2026 house.
The Liverpool content creator was revealed as one of the new housemates during the live launch on Sunday, 13 September, as the iconic reality show returned to ITV2 and ITVX.
Philip, 53, joins a new group of housemates who will live together under the watchful eye of Big Brother, with cameras capturing life inside the house throughout the new eight-week series.

Known to hundreds of thousands of followers as The Queen of Scotty Road, Philip has become one of Liverpool’s most recognisable social media personalities.
His distinctive Scouse humour, quick wit and memorable catchphrases have helped his videos reach audiences far beyond Liverpool, with his famous line “Times are hard, and friends are few” becoming synonymous with his online character.
Philip first rose to wider attention after videos featuring his unmistakable personality went viral on social media. Since then, he has built a huge following across TikTok and Instagram while appearing at events, in media appearances and alongside a number of well-known faces.
Earlier this year, the Liverpool-born creator signed with Bite Back Agency as his profile continued to grow. At the time, Philip said he was excited about the new opportunities ahead – and entering one of Britain’s most famous reality TV houses is certainly one of his biggest yet.
What can viewers expect from Philip?
Anyone familiar with the Queen of Scotty Road will know Philip is unlikely to shy away from giving his opinion inside the house.
Ahead of entering Big Brother, Philip described himself as someone who is a good friend but a bad enemy, adding that he is prepared to call people out when he feels it is needed.
With a house full of strangers living together around the clock, his straight-talking personality and trademark humour could make him one of the housemates to watch over the coming weeks.
The 2026 series has welcomed a fresh group of housemates from across the UK, with presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best returning to oversee the live launch. The new series is set to run for eight weeks, with nominations, tasks, twists and live evictions along the way.
For Liverpool viewers, however, there is already one housemate with plenty of local support.
