Liverpool passengers will soon have even more options for holidays and city breaks after Ryanair confirmed a major expansion from Liverpool John Lennon Airport for Summer 2026.
The airline has announced three brand new routes from Liverpool to Marrakesh in Morocco, Tirana in Albania and Warsaw in Poland as part of its biggest ever summer schedule from the city.
The expansion also includes the addition of a sixth Ryanair aircraft based in Liverpool, allowing the airline to increase capacity and frequencies across several popular destinations.
New European and North African destinations added from Liverpool

The announcement is expected to be welcomed by holidaymakers across Liverpool, with the new routes offering a mix of culture, sunshine and affordable getaways.
Marrakesh has become one of the most sought-after destinations for UK travellers in recent years, thanks to its colourful markets, luxury riads, rooftop dining spots and warm climate throughout much of the year.
Meanwhile, Tirana continues to grow in popularity as Albania emerges as one of Europe’s fastest-rising travel hotspots.
Visitors are drawn to its lively food scene, nearby beaches and lower prices compared to many traditional Mediterranean destinations.
Warsaw will provide another Eastern European city break option from Liverpool, with the Polish capital known for its historic architecture and rich cultural attractions.
Ryanair have already confirmed that the new Liverpool to Tirana service is now operating four times a week.
