The new restaurant officially opened at 11am at the New Mersey Retail Park in Speke. Popeyes® brought its signature New Orleans energy and hospitality to the area with a live Mardi Gras style band, The Brass Funkeys, welcoming fans through the doors.
Chicken fans can now enjoy the full Popeyes® menu, from the viral Chicken Sandwich, to Hot Wings, Tenders and Box Meals, plus New Orleans classics such as Mac & Cheese and original Popeyes® biscuits. The new restaurant has also opened with the Popeyes® ‘Happy Holidays’ menu, featuring the Festive Superstack Sandwich, Sage and Onion Hash Browns and the Frostin’ Mint Shake.
Starting tomorrow, Saturday 23rd November, Popeyes® UK will be serving its breakfast menu, featuring British breakfast classics with a New Orleans twist. The ‘Brekkie’ menu includes the Big Cajun Roll, Cajun Hash Browns, and indulgent Nutella-topped buttermilk biscuits.
Breakfast will be available daily from 8am to 11am, and will even include a Breakfast meal deal for just £1.99 – consisting of the Bacon Breakfast roll, a Cajun Hash Brown and a drink – which can be claimed exclusively through the brand-new Popeyes® UK app, available to download here.

Popeyes® New Mersey Retail Park is now open on Speke Rd, Liverpool, L24 8QB. The new restaurant has created over 100 jobs in the local area and marks the brand’s 2nd restaurant in the Merseyside region, its 31st opening this year andits 64th location to date.
The site serves the Popeyes® UK full menu and includes 80 indoor seats and 24 outside, with a large car park for customers who would like to drive and eat inside the restaurant.
