Liverpool is preparing for one of its biggest celebrations of the year as Liverpool Pride 2026 returns with a huge weekend of live music, entertainment and community events.
Taking place on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 July, the celebrations will bring some of the biggest names in pop, drag and LGBTQ+ entertainment to the city, with events taking place across the Liverpool Experience Campus and M&S Bank Arena Liverpool.
The weekend will combine headline performances from internationally recognised artists with local talent, community showcases and the iconic Pride March, making Liverpool a must-visit destination for Pride celebrations this summer.
Sugababes, Beth Ditto and Bimini headline Liverpool Pride Opening Party

Liverpool Pride will begin with a huge opening celebration at the M&S Bank Arena on Friday 24 July, featuring a star-studded line-up of music legends, LGBTQ+ icons and local performers.
Pop favourites Sugababes will headline the event, bringing their collection of chart-topping hits to Liverpool alongside Beth Ditto, the former lead singer of Gossip and one of the most recognisable voices in alternative pop.
The line-up will also feature Bimini, known for their appearances on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK and their work as a singer, performer and LGBTQ+ icon, alongside Tia Kofi, the RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner who has become one of the biggest names in British drag.

Fans can also expect performances from Horse Meat Disco, the legendary queer disco collective known for bringing high-energy club nights around the world, as well as Harrsn featuring House Gospel Choir, who will bring their uplifting fusion of gospel, house music and live performance to the arena stage.
The opening party will also showcase Liverpool’s own LGBTQ+ talent, with performances from local favourites including Tyler DaClaire, Pam Sandwich and Debbie Darling, alongside a special opening ceremony celebrating the city’s LGBTQ+ community.
Liverpool Experience Campus hosts a day of Pride celebrations

The celebrations continue on Saturday 25 July, when Liverpool Experience Campus becomes the centre of a full day of Pride entertainment, community activity and live performances.
Hosted by Debbie Darling, the main stage will feature performances from some of the biggest names in LGBTQ+ entertainment, including award-winning dance company House of Suarez, whose theatrical performances have become a highlight of Liverpool’s cultural scene.
Pop star Sonia will also take to the stage, bringing her collection of 1990s hits to the celebrations, while Jester Boy will add his energetic and unpredictable performance style to the programme.
Alongside the main stage entertainment, visitors can expect community events, performances, stalls and activities celebrating LGBTQ+ organisations, charities and businesses from across the region.
Away from the stages, thousands of people are expected to take part in the Liverpool Pride March on Saturday, bringing colour and celebration through the city centre.
The weekend will also see venues and businesses across Liverpool join the celebrations, creating a city-wide Pride experience filled with entertainment, nightlife and events.
With major artists, drag performances, community events and a packed programme across two days, Liverpool Pride 2026 is set to be one of the biggest events in the city’s summer calendar.
