LFC and adidas Launch ‘Bringback’ Range Inspired by Iconic 1995/96 Away Kit

LFC and adidas have launched a new Bringback range inspired by Liverpool’s iconic 1995/96 away kit, celebrating one of the club’s most memorable looks with a fresh nod to 90s football culture.

To support the launch, the club and adidas have created a three-part campaign film set in a retro sports shop called Fowler’s Sports. The films star Liverpool legends Robbie Fowler and Steve McManaman alongside current and former players including Virgil van Dijk, Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz, Mia Enderby and Grace Fisk. Designed as a tribute to the golden age of 90s football, the campaign brings together different generations of Liverpool figures to celebrate an era when football shirts became cultural statements as well as sporting uniforms. All three episodes are available now on LFC’s YouTube channel.

LFC and adidas Launch ‘Bringback’ Range Inspired by Iconic 1995/96 Away Kit

At the centre of the Bringback collection is a reissue of the club’s famous 1995/96 away shirt, reconnecting supporters with one of the most distinctive designs in Liverpool’s history. The wider range also includes a selection of archive-inspired training wear, featuring classic pieces such as shorts, a sweatshirt, drill top, drill pants and T-shirt.

Each item draws on the era’s unmistakable green, black and white colour palette, while heritage details including the original 1995/96 Liverpool FC crest, Carlsberg sponsor and bold adidas branding complete the authentic throwback feel.

Alongside the faithful reissue, the collection also introduces a contemporary blackout version of the hero shirt. Featuring a tonal crest, sponsor and adidas branding, it offers a modern interpretation of the classic design. The blackout shirt is a limited-edition release, available online and in selected official club stores including Liverpool ONE, Anfield and Williamson Square in Liverpool, as well as Ilac and Sword Pavilions in Ireland.

To mark the launch, Liverpool ONE and Anfield stores will host DJs Nay Maxwell and Mo Stewart playing 90s anthems on Friday 13 March from 10am until 4pm. The first 100 customers to purchase an item from the new collection will also receive a free Fowler’s Sports carrier bag.

The full range is available to purchase now via the online store, in official LFC stores (UK and internationally) and via the LFC Store app.

Season Ticket Holders, All Red Full, Light and Junior members will receive a 10 per cent discount.
