Hill Dickinson Stadium will welcome Scotland and Côte d’Ivoire supporters next Tuesday, 31 March, with a bespoke menu crafted exclusively for the international football friendly.
This fixture marks the first-ever international match at the stadium and in celebration of the vibrant cultures of both nations, a series of signature dishes has been curated by Aramark, Everton’s Official Culinary Experience Partner.
These one-off specials have been created to mark the first international football fixture to take place at Everton’s new 52,769-seater waterfront home, offering supporters a unique culinary experience to match the occasion.
Highlights include a limited-edition version of Everton’s iconic doughnut; chocolate-filled, decorated in the colours of both teams and especially produced for the fixture.
The extensive menu also showcases a range of dishes inspired by Scottish and Ivorian cuisine, designed to bring supporters of both nations together for a memorable matchday experience beyond the action on the pitch.
A Taste of the Highlands and West Africa

Fans can look forward to tucking into Stornoway Black Pudding Loaded Jacket Potatoes, a hearty Scottish classic featuring a fluffy baked potato topped with crispy onion and baconnaise.
For those seeking a modern twist, a Haggis & Smoked Bacon Pizza provides a Tartan take on a matchday favourite, bringing iconic Scottish flavours to the stadium’s concourses.
For a taste of West Africa, the Ivorian Beef Stew offers a rich, slow-cooked option served with golden saffron rice and finished with a fragrant mint dressing.
