SERIES TWO – EDITION THREE
In edition three of our ‘Faces behind the Business’ series two, we caught up with Andrew McGarry aged 44, owner of ADM Executive Travel & Tours; a travel and transportation company.
When did you first get into the industry?
Officially February 2019 but unofficially years before as I’d done some chauffeuring for Andy Murray, GB Davis Cup Team and a premier league footballer during my previous role.
How long have you worked at ADM Executive Travel and what is your job role?
Since I set the business up in April 2019. I’m the business owner and like most businesses in the early days I’m the driver, administrator, bookkeeper, marketeer, social media expert and any other jobs that need fulfilling.
What is ADM Executive Travel ethos?
I’d say we pride ourselves on our strapline that pretty much sums us up with a few key words that all customers in our business want the most:
Professional > Personable > Punctual
What’s the best bit of advice you could give to anyone looking at working in your line of work?
100% to follow those values in the last answer. Deliver to the letter the service you’ve promised or advertised and be creative in your search for customers and services you offer.
What do you love most about Liverpool?
The history, the culture, the size (don’t find it too overwhelming) as it’s easy to get around and most importantly the people. This is what makes it one of the greatest cities in the world.
If you could describe your business in 3 words what would they be?
World class, customer focussed and friendly.
