Everton fans visiting the new Hill Dickinson Stadium can look forward to a wide variety of food and drink options across all concourses, with something for every taste, from gourmet burgers to the iconic blue toffee doughnuts.

Delivered in partnership with catering experts Aramark UK, the matchday offering focuses on quality, locally sourced ingredients, bringing fans a premium, locally inspired stadium experience. A wide range of beers and ciders will be available throughout the venue, including Budweiser, San Miguel, Stella, Kopparberg, Camden Pale Ale, Camden Stout and Guinness.

Supporters can move freely around the concourses on their level to explore the full range of food and drink options. The stadium also features innovative ‘Just Walk Out’ technology at select outlets and EBars for rapid self-serve pints. Here’s a breakdown of what’s on offer across each level:

Level 0

• Flightbirds (North & South stands): Crispy chicken, chips, and salt & pepper favourites with a range of beers, ciders, soft drinks and hot drinks.
• Dockyard Kitchen (East Stand): A tribute to Liverpool’s dockside heritage, offering sausage rolls, pies, hot dogs, and blue toffee doughnuts, alongside drinks.
• Through Pass (South Stand corners): Powered by ‘Just Walk Out’ tech – no queues, no checkouts. Grab beers, sausage rolls, snacks and go.
• Pit and Pickle (South Stand lower): Gourmet burgers and fries, with options for meat-eaters, vegans and vegetarians. Served with beers and soft drinks.

Level 1 – Family Stand (North West corner)

• Corner Slice Pizza: Square-cut pizza with an American twist – a family favourite. Also home to the blue doughnut. No alcohol sold here.
• Flightbirds: Chicken, chips, pies, hot dogs and a full selection of drinks including alcoholic options.

Level 2

• Dockyard Kitchen (North & West stands corner): Matchday classics including pie & mash, sausage rolls and blue doughnuts. Full drink selection available.
• Flightbirds (North & West stands corner): Chicken and chips plus beers and soft drinks.
• Dockyard Kitchen – Doughnut Stand (North Stand): Dedicated to the legendary blue toffee doughnut. No alcohol sold here.
• Through Pass (North East corner & East Stand): Grab-and-go kiosk with rotating hot food menu including pies and loaded rosties. Alcohol and soft drinks available.
• Dockyard Kitchen (East Stand north end): Hot dogs, doughnuts, beers and soft drinks.
• Flightbirds (East & South Stand corner): Chicken and chips, with all drinks options.
• Dockyard Kitchen (South & West Stand corner): Pies and loaded hash tots, served with alcohol and soft drinks.
• South Stand Bars: Bars running the length of the South Stand serve beers, stouts, ciders, hot and soft drinks – and of course, the blue doughnut.

Level 3 – Club View

Club View members benefit from a central kiosk featuring:

• Dockyard Kitchen: Pies, hot dogs, chicken burgers, Korean chicken bowl and a plant-based alternative – plus blue doughnuts and a full range of drinks.

‘Just Walk Out’ Units (Levels 0 & 2)

At select Through Pass kiosks, fans can skip queues entirely. Just tap your card at the entrance, grab what you need, and walk out. Your card will be automatically charged.

2. Walk in, pick up your items
3. Walk out – you’re done

EBars (Levels 0, 1, 2 & 3)
