Premium vodka brand Absolut and bite-sized ice cream brand Little Moons have partnered with Absolut to introduce a magical mochi twist to All Bar One, offering exclusive limited-edition Christmas cocktails this festive season.
Exclusive to All Bar One, the Chalet cocktail menu is carefully curated to evoke the warm, festive atmosphere of a chic après-ski lodge, complete with winter sips, sweet treats, and seasonal flavours.
Absolut, part of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio, has paired with TikTok sensation Little Moons to offer something special for the Christmas season. Every Chalet cocktail is topped with a Little Moon, an ice cream snack wrapped in rice flour dough, inspired by the traditional Japanese dessert Mochi.
Christmas lovers can sip, snack and celebrate the festive season throughout December at All Bar One Liverpool, with the Chalet collection being served until 31st December. This ‘dough-namic’ duo is not to be missed.

Cinnamon Bun Espresso
Absolut Vodka, Kahlua, oat drink and cinnamon roll syrup, shaken and topped with a Little Moons Salted Caramel mochi ball and toffee crumble.
Very Berry Martini
Absolut Raspberri vodka shaken with Chambord, cranberry juice, lemon puree and raspberry syrup, topped with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball and dried cranberries.
Smoked Blood Orange Margarita
Olmeca Altos Plata tequila with Del Maguey Puebla Mezcal, blood orange syrup, Mexican lime, agave and salt, topped with a Little Moons Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit Sorbet mochi ball.
Berry on the Rocks
The perfect non-alcoholic alternative! Everleaf Mountain, shaken with cranberry and apple juice, raspberry syrup, lemon puree and dragon fruit powder, served with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball.
