Liverpool Property Specialist Qube Residential Secures Major Expansion Across the North West

Qube Residential, one of the region’s fastest-growing sales, lettings and property management companies, has announced the acquisition of Chris Ball Sales and Lettings Agency, based on Chorlton Old Road in Bolton, with immediate effect.

The family-run business has successfully operated in the Bolton area for more than 15 years and has built a strong reputation within the local property market.

Award-winning Qube Residential, founded in 2016, currently operates offices in Liverpool and Manchester.

The acquisition of the Bolton office marks the first phase of an ambitious growth strategy for the company as it continues to strengthen its presence across the North West.

The acquisition will add more than 300 managed units to Qube Residential’s expanding portfolio, increasing the company’s total managed properties to more than 1,300 across the region.

As part of the expansion, the Qube workforce will grow from 16 to 19 employees across the business.

Plans are already underway to further enhance operations through investment in technology, branding and customer experience improvements.

The acquisition reinforces Qube Residential’s commitment to sustainable growth while expanding its geographical footprint from its roots in Liverpool.
