Lefties has opened its first UK store at Liverpool ONE, marking a major milestone in the fashion and lifestyle brand’s international expansion.
The new store opened on Thursday, 27 August, bringing more than 27,000 sq ft of fashion, footwear, accessories and homeware to Liverpool city centre. Its arrival marks Lefties’ first physical presence in the UK.

Located on South John Street, the store brings together Lefties’ full range for women, men, teens, girls, boys, babies and newborns, alongside footwear and accessories for the whole family.
Shoppers can also browse the brand’s HOME Collection, featuring textiles, decorative items, fragrances and products designed for everyday living.

Xavier Ruz Riera, General director of Lefties said:
“Following the recent opening of our store in France, we are continuing our selective international expansion. As one of the world’s leading fashion retail markets, the UK is a natural next step offering an exciting destination for our brand. We believe there is a strong opportunity to bring our proposition to UK customers, offering quality fashion and home collections for the whole family at accessible prices through a seamless in-store and online shopping experience.
Our large-format stores bring together collections for the whole family in one destination, complemented by innovative technologies – including automated garment handling and assisted checkouts – designed to make shopping convenient and enjoyable.
We look forward to introducing our brand to British customers, learning from their feedback and continually enhancing both the customer and employee experience as we grow in the UK.”
The Liverpool ONE store introduces Lefties’ latest retail concept, which was first unveiled in Madrid in 2025. The layout has been designed to create an open and easy-to-navigate shopping environment, with the different collections brought together across the store.
A neutral colour palette, lighting and materials have been used to place greater focus on the products while creating a consistent look that can be adapted across Lefties stores in different countries.

Technology also plays a major role in the new Liverpool shop.
Customers can use EasyGo self-checkouts, while smart fitting rooms have been introduced to make shopping more convenient. Behind the scenes, a robotic hanger sorter and automated garment sorting system have been installed to help staff handle stock more efficiently.
The technology allows customers to pay more quickly and independently, while the automated systems are designed to help garments move efficiently from stock areas onto the shop floor.
Lefties is owned by Inditex, the group behind Zara, Bershka, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius. Liverpool ONE already houses several of the group’s other brands.
The Liverpool opening is the first stage of Lefties’ expansion into the UK, with further stores planned at Lakeside in Essex and the Metrocentre in Gateshead.
