HEY BAO BAO, a new street food concept specialising in bao buns, has taken over Jimmy’s kitchen and they’ve joined forces to offer the ‘Best Bottomless Brunch in Liverpool’.
Tables are available every Saturday between 11 AM and 3 PM and you get any BAO, Plain Waffle Fries, Side and a pot of Sweet Chilli Sauce. Washed down with bottomless drinks, which include: Pornstar Martini, Aperol Spritz, Jimmy’s Lager, Jimmy’s Pale Ale, Prosecco, Gin, Vodka and Rum (with house mixers).
Tom Jones, Co-Founder of HEY BAO BAO, said:
“We’re so excited to be doing a kitchen residency at Jimmy’s. Our BAO look amazing, taste delicious, and are the perfect drinking food – it’s a match made in heaven!” He continues: “We feel this is the best bottomless brunch in Liverpool. We obviously think highly of the food, but I think you’d struggle to find anything better with the choice of drinks available.”
After travelling South East Asia, HEY BAO BAO became frustrated that the only place to get great quality BAO in the UK was when Harry, one of the co-founders, made them.
After a drunk conversation over a couple of beers, HEY BAO BAO quickly snowballed from a late-night kitchen conversation, into a fully-fledged business.
