Southport will host its first Cocktail Week this summer, with more than 45 exclusive drinks available at venues across the town centre.
The event will run from Friday, August 7 to Sunday, August 16, 2026, bringing together bars, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues for a 10-day celebration of cocktails and local hospitality.

Each participating venue has created two limited-edition drinks for the event, while many businesses will also offer additional deals and extras to wristband holders.
Among the cocktails available will be a Fruit & Nut Espresso at House of Ivy, a Curaçao Martini at Occulo Lounge and a Rhubarb and Custard cocktail at The Grand.
The newly opened Warehouse Arts Centre will serve the Gaga Senorita, inspired by a drink reportedly enjoyed by Lady Gaga and made using red wine, cola and cherries.
Visitors to the Southport Waterfront Hotel will be able to enjoy a Waterfront Wave or Berry Blast while overlooking the Marine Lake and Sefton coast.
Other drinks on the menu include a Cherry Bakewell at Punch Tarmey’s, an Aku Aku at Sacre Bleu and a Mai Tai Spritz at Sinclair’s.
Some venues have developed more unusual creations, including the Tipsy Mermaid at The Corridor Bar & Eatery.
The award-winning Grazing Lounge will serve a Fully Loaded Bloody Mary accompanied by a miniature pork pie and a Scotch egg.
Wristbands for Southport Cocktail Week cost £4 and can be purchased online. Money from every wristband sold will be donated to Queenscourt Hospice to support its work in Southport and the surrounding area.
The wristband provides access to event cocktails and offers throughout the full 10 days and can be reused during multiple visits.
Southport Cocktail Week has been organised by Southport BID in partnership with local businesses, with the aim of encouraging people to discover new venues and support the town’s hospitality sector.
More than 20 venues are taking part, including Auberge, Connolly’s, The Corridor Bar & Eatery, The Carlton, The Grand, The Grazing Lounge, Gingers Bar & Grill, Hideaway, House of Ivy, JT Akshaya, Nazaar Turkish Restaurant & Bar, Occulo Lounge, The Office Bar & Restaurant and Punch Tarmey’s.
