Want to hear some utterly fabulous news? Much to the city’s delight, Fabulous Gin Company is celebrating the arrival of its very first all-natural pink gin, launching just in time for the summer!
Using no artificial ingredients, the aptly named Fabulous Pink Gin boasts reduced sugar content and low calories despite its delicious sweet strawberry flavour.
Headed up by sisters Lisa Copp and Gaynor Purcell, the Liverpool duo are also behind the North West’s renowned Absolutely Fabulous Gin Festivals, which offer guests a chance to sample a selection of over 120 gins in locations such as the iconic Royal Liver Building and St. Helens Town Hall.
Director of Fabulous Gin Company Lisa Copp said: “We are excited to unveil our very first gin as part of our company expansion and what better way to start than with a pink gin, full of fresh, fruity, strawberry notes that are perfect for the warmer weather, especially when paired with Fever-Tree’s Mediterranean Tonic or Lemonade.
“We’ve been the proud organisers of Absolutely Fabulous Gin Festivals across the North West for over four years now, working with some fantastic gin suppliers at each event that we host across the region. As the popularity of these festivals grew, we saw an opportunity to introduce a gin of our own and we knew that we wanted to create something bespoke that was unlike anything else on the market. With the help of our London-based distillery and our own secret recipe, we’ve developed a product that delivers on great taste without artificial additives.”
Fabulous Pink Gin is a premium 40% spirit and contains seven botanicals including the likes of Lemon Peel, Orris Root and Blind Flower Oil to name a few. The range also includes gin balloon glasses, coasters and reusable shopping bags, perfect for gin-lovers across the country.
Director of Fabulous Gin Company Gaynor Purcell added: “We’re so excited for people to try our Fabulous Pink Gin and from here we’re hoping to expand our business empire even further with the introduction of experience packages and at-home parties centred around our very own gin products. In the coming months, we’re looking to add more flavours to our line to offer a real variety to suit every taste.
“Historically, we’ve worked with big-name corporates to deliver successful events at iconic venues such as the Royal Liver Building and this offering is still something that we’re keen to uphold. Alongside our newest venture into alcoholic beverages, we’ve also been running a marquee and events business, Aries Leisure, for the last 12 years and this arm of our business is continuing to go from strength to strength with 2020 set to be one our busiest years to date. Our gin can be paired with our marquee hire packages for a truly spectacular event whether that’s a wedding or a conference.”
Tickets are now available for the Absolutely Fabulous Gin Festival, which will take place on October 19 at the Royal Liver Building and November 29 and 30 at St. Helens Town Hall.
Fabulous Pink Gin is priced at £35 for a 70cl bottle and is available to buy online.
