World-famous dance music festival Creamfields is raising the bar for wellness in 2025 with the launch of its first on-site gym, in partnership with Liverpool-based fitness brand Box Step Fitness.
Set in the brand-new Downtown Village, a dedicated hub for sport, wellness, and entertainment, the Creamfields Gymnasium offers festival-goers a chance to kick off the day with a proper workout before diving into the music. This new wellness initiative marks a major first for Creamfields, reflecting a growing focus on balance and well-being at the festival.
Fully kitted out with Box Step’s Optimus Series, the gym features eight cutting-edge strength stations and a versatile functional training area. Attendees can expect a full-body session with top-tier equipment, including dual adjustable pulleys, multi-press machines, leg curls and extensions, bicep/tricep curls, lat pulldowns, and more.
The Downtown experience also brings a mix of live shows, sports, rave karaoke, and DJ workshops. In the Fitness Zone, visitors can join CrossFit, yoga, meditation, or enjoy massage treatments. Healthy eats and drinks are available at the Culinary Quarter, alongside beauty and grooming services to stay festival-ready.
Joe Edwards, Box Step Fitness founder and CEO, said:
“We’re very proud that at Creamfields Box Step is helping to bring fitness into the mix with its first-ever gym. Our extensive equipment range has been selected to provide a dedicated, fully-equipped space where fitness and wellbeing become part of the festival experience. We want people to enjoy how movement and music can come together to elevate energy, mood, and performance.”
