A landmark anniversary for one of the country’s most enduring indie rock bands is being marked with a massive return to Liverpool and a commitment to protecting the future of live music.
Courteeners have today announced a major headline show at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena on Friday 13th November 2026, with special guests The Lathums also performing.
The date forms part of a landmark arena tour celebrating the band’s 20th anniversary. To coincide with the tour announcement, the band has released a brand-new single, “The Luckiest Man Alive,” produced by Liam Fray and James Skelly.
A Commitment to Live Music
In a move to support the venues and artists that comprise the UK’s music ecosystem, Courteeners have committed to donating £1 from every ticket sold to the newly launched LIVE Trust.
This initiative aims to protect, expand and support grassroots music across the UK, ensuring the next generation of artists has a place to develop.
Jon Collins, CEO of the LIVE Trust, commented:
“It’s fantastic to see Courteeners supporting the LIVE Trust.
“This donation will directly benefit the full grassroots ecosystem, from venues and artists to promoters and festivals, helping to protect, expand and support grassroots music across the UK.”
Celebrating Two Decades of Anthems
With over 1 million UK album sales and a reputation for unifying massive crowds, Courteeners’ return to Liverpool promises to be one of the city’s highlights of the autumn season.
The tour marks a significant milestone for the band as they reflect on twenty years since their debut.
The venue presale begins on Thursday 16th April 2026 at 10:00, with the general sale following on Friday 17th April 2026 at 10:00. Tickets are available here.
