A firm favourite with families, this year’s Delifonseca Dockside menu includes starters including Ham hock & shoulder terrine, smoked apple, apple puree, watercress, “Better than Carpaccio” and Soy glazed roasted cauliflower, radicchio, orange, cashew.
Mains feature Glazed Pork Belly, Garlic & Chilli Prawns, Wild Rice, Pak Choi, Teriyaki (Gf), Hake Fillet, Crispy Mussels, Parmentier Potatoes, Sprouting Broccoli, Mussel Velouté and Pan-Seared Salmon, Wild Garlic Risotto, Baby Carrots, Carrot Crisp (gf).
To end the feast, desserts to choose from will include Apple, Raisin & Cinnamon Crumble, Custard, Chocolate Torte, Chantilly Cream and Brandy-Soaked Fruit Compote, Tortas Aceite, Blood Orange Sorbet (Vv).
For those who prefer a traditional Sunday Roast, the team will also offer Beef topside, Free-range chicken, or Cashew & hazelnut roast (v)(n) with all the trimmings.
