Castle Street has now become home to brand new Iberian wine bar, Tasca & Charcuteria – BoBo.
Bringing all the European feels of the Iberian Peninsula right to the heart of Liverpool, the venue is the sister site of Abditory Bar, located on the quaint Queens Avenue, one of the city’s hidden gems.
Filling the void of former venue Veeno, BoBo will be injecting a bit of ‘Café Culture’ to Castle Street offering old style services as well as being dog friendly.
Drawing inspiration from the traditional cerveijarias and tascas of the region, this rustic wine café offers a contemporary take on Iberian cuisine alongside expertly sourced regional native wines.
Bobo’s menus consist of popular favourites such as charcuterie, regional cheeses, sandwiches, lazy lunch deli items and warm bakery classics such as Pastel de Nata.
There will also be daily specials, with latest offerings displayed on their boards, continental beers and ciders such as Super Bock, Sagres, Maeloc and other cervejas to make your visit feel like you’re a million miles away.
Cocktail lovers will be pleased to hear that not only can they sip on classic favourite cocktails, they will be able to enjoy classic street side cocktails such as levante and BoBo’s very own spin on Sangria Blanca and Roja.
If your missing your sunny vacay vibes, then BoBo’s Spanish and Portuguese influence will most definitely wash away any summertime sadness.
