Back at 89 Bold Street following their reopening at the beginning of the year after a hugely successful crowd-funding campaign, Bold Street Coffee has launched a new evening menu.
The coffee shop’s newly refurbished kitchen turns out a delicious range of dishes, most of which are available either as a main meal, or as smaller plates which are perfect for sharing.  If you fancy something even lighter, there’s also a selection of snacks and nibbles on offer.
As well as coffee, the drinks menu boasts an impressive collection of cocktails- the stand-out Apple Long Island Iced Tea is made with house apple syrup, offering a fruity twist on this well-loved classic.
The introduction of this new menu means that coffee isn’t confined to lattes and cappuccinos- the set tiramisu rice pudding and coffee-braised beef featherblade both feature Bold Street Coffee’s house coffee beans.
The shop is also currently the home of a selection of works by Texan artist Tim Kerr, who first exhibited there in 2013. As well as providing the perfect backdrop to a weekend brunch, Kerr’s artworks are on sale, with proceeds from the sales going to charity.
Since its reopening, Bold Street Coffee has quickly settled back in as one of the city’s best loved coffee spots, and the introduction of their new menu is sure to see them become firm favourites on the dining scene, too.
