The Ultimate Beer Bike Experience in Liverpool

The Ultimate Beer Bike Experience in Liverpool

The Original Liverpool Beer Bike offers a unique and engaging way to explore the vibrant city of Liverpool. Combining sightseeing with a lively group activity, the beer bike experience is perfect for special occasions or casual outings with friends.

Originating in the Netherlands, a beer bike is a pedal-powered vehicle that allows participants to enjoy drinks while touring city streets. The Original Liverpool Beer Bike is constructed from lightweight materials and features a roof for weather protection, though it remains open to the elements. Each bike accommodates up to 14 guests and is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, allowing riders to play their favorite music during the journey.

The standard tour lasts 60 minutes and takes riders through notable areas such as the Baltic Triangle and the famous Hanover Street. Participants are encouraged to bring their own drinks, and the bike provides cups and an ice-cooling box to keep beverages chilled. A sober driver/guide ensures safety and navigation throughout the ride. For an additional £50, groups can opt to have a “pretty waitress” or “handsome waiter” on board to serve drinks.

The Original Liverpool Beer Bike experience costs £400 for 10 guests but can accommodate up to 14 guests and extra seats at £40 per seat. A deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the scheduled ride. Payments are accepted via bank transfer. It’s recommended to book in advance, especially for larger groups, to ensure availability.

All participants must be at least 18 years old and carry valid identification. It’s important to arrive sober, as the bike operates in city traffic, and intoxicated individuals may be denied participation for safety reasons. While the bike provides a roof, it is not fully enclosed, so dressing appropriately for the weather is advised. In case of inclement weather, rides proceed as scheduled, and refunds are not provided due to weather conditions.

The pick-up point for the beer bike is located at 2 New Bird St, Liverpool L1 0DN. For inquiries or bookings, you can reach out via phone at +44 798 546 3249 or email at beerbikeliverpool@gmail.com. Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

With a blend of physical activity, social interaction, and city exploration, the Original Liverpool Beer Bike provides a memorable experience for both locals and visitors looking to see Liverpool from a different perspective.
