Award-Winning NOSO announce new burger concept Nebula

The founders of popular Liverpool venue NOSO have announced the closure of their beloved Venezuelan restaurant in Fazakerley on January 28. This is to make way for a new concept, Nebula, which will be implemented at the location early next month.

The distinctive Venezuelan flavours and lively ambiance of Noso won over the locals and won the restaurant a loyal clientele as well as numerous positive reviews on TripAdvisor, positioning the Longmoor Lane location as one of Liverpool’s top 10 restaurants.

Nebula, their new concept, will have five distinct burgers on the menu, each costing £5.00. A daily batch of 100 burgers will be limited and distributed to patrons on a first-come, first-served basis. After the burgers are gone, the location will close for the day.

“Our idea comes from the simplicity of eating a good burger, made with premium meat and super fresh products, at an affordable price. We want to create a local community through our burgers at a cost that is affordable to most.”

Along with some more adventurous recipes, like a burger topped with Doritos, ketchup, and pickles, the menu offers five burgers, four premium beef burgers, one crispy chicken, and classics like the all-American cheeseburger.

The standard side of fries will cost £3.00, while more elaborate options like chicken wings or fries with bacon and cheese will cost £5. There will be just one dessert available: an Oreo pudding that costs £5.00. In addition to being served in-restaurant, burgers will also be available for takeaway and delivery.

“At Nebula we express a lot through our food, and have good memories of sharing burgers and beers with friends. Our mission is to grow with our community and that from this site we can bring a good concept and super fresh products to the world.”

On February 7th, Nebula will open, and during the first week, they will be giving away 10 burgers to the first 10 people who visit the new venue.

Every week, from Wednesday through to Friday from 5pm until sold out, and on Saturday and Sunday from 2pm until sold out, the 100 burgers in limited supply will be available.
