Liverpool activewear brand Lola Starr, best known for creating some of the most talked-about leggings, will host the ultimate fitness and wellbeing event, Stronger Together, at BOXPARK Liverpool on Sunday 5 October.
The morning will bring together local businesses focused on mental health, fitness, and wellness, encouraging attendees to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the environment around them.
Founded just over five years ago by Kate Hill, Lola Starr has quickly become recognised for its sustainably made, UK-crafted activewear, luxury performance wear created to empower women and inspire confidence. At the event, Kate will also unveil her highly anticipated EARTH Collection, designed to celebrate our connection to nature.
Kate says:

The event features an outstanding panel of guest speakers:
Nicola Carragher – World Marathon runner who has achieved the extraordinary feat of completing all seven World Marathon Majors within less than twelve months. Nicola, a fan of Lola Starr, worked with the brand earlier this year on a personalised set for her sixth marathon.

Paul Garrigan – Founder of the Men’s Inner Mastery Academy, Paul helps men break free from stress, burnout and disconnection through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. He guides men to regulate their nervous systems, release old patterns and embody grounded, authentic leadership.
Carly Skelly – Transformational and Human Performance Coach, former professional boxer and WBC International Champion. Carly draws on her experience as both paediatric nurse and world-class athlete to help people move, breathe and reclaim their strongest, most authentic selves.
Sheryl Findlay – Mindset coach and inspirational speaker, Sheryl will share powerful strategies to Master Your Mindset, helping attendees shift perspective, build resilience and unlock their true potential.
Leah Nature Awareness – With more than 20 years’ nursing experience and a deep background in holistic wellness, Leah will share how reconnecting with the natural world restores balance to mind, body and spirit.
The day is packed with opportunities to move and be inspired. Guests can take part in live sessions led by exceptional trainers, including Shredfast, 360 Cycle, and uplifting yoga and fitness flows, with energising DJ sets in between. Hosted by Liverpools very own Errol Smith. The morning finishes on a high with a 30-minute TEMPO HIIT session led by Jace Porter, national fitness expert and founder of the British Fitness Awards.
