In Liverpool, the home of last year’s Eurovision, a brand-new Upside Down House will be welcomed.
The House will be located in the heart of the city at Liverpool ONE, one of Europe’s premier retail and entertainment destinations. Upside Down House UK has partnered with Liverpool ONE on this amazing project and to have their latest house based there.
The construction team will start work in May and use the same idea as the other houses around the country, which is to create quirky and distinctive interior designs.
The team intentionally chose the red and white exterior colours to align with Liverpool ONE’s brand image.
Customers can move around this illusional experience and capture the best content possible thanks to the interior’s open-plan layout. The modern stylish design enhances the unique photo opportunities the house provides.
The creative team designed Liverpool House’s makeover, introducing new areas never seen before. Play a retro Pac-Man arcade game upside down and immerse yourself in Candy Land clouds only available to Upside Down House Liverpool visitors!
Alex Barbary, National Business Development Manager at Upside Down House UK said:
“We’re very excited to be arriving in the vibrant city of Liverpool, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining the fantastic lineup at Liverpool ONE.
Known for its exceptional leisure and retail offerings, Liverpool ONE is renowned for continuously striving to exceed visitor expectations, making it the ideal destination for the Upside Down House.
Opening an Upside Down House in northwest England and having the opportunity to finally welcome the residents of Merseyside has been a project that the team has been working on for more than a year and we can’t wait to open our doors to the people of Liverpool and beyond!”
Donna Howitt, Place Strategy Director at Liverpool ONE, said:
“We’re excited to welcome the Upside Down House to the heart of Liverpool ONE as a wonderful addition to our vibrant mix of brands and entertainment venues.
“We’re confident this new attraction, the first of its kind in the North West, will surprise locals and visitors alike. We’re getting ready for an unforgettable experience that’ll turn our world upside down!”
The house will be located next to Byron Burger and across from the Hilton Hotel, will soon be able to welcome visitors.
Tickets will be available for advance booking online and on-site at the ticket office once the grand opening date has been announced. Stay tuned, more information will be published soon!
