The Ivy Asia Liverpool has officially confirmed its opening date, and reservations are now live! The glamorous new venue will welcome its first guests on Tuesday 4 November, perfectly timed for the start of the festive season.
To mark the occasion, Castle Street was transformed into a scene straight out of Asia, as giant cherry blossom trees appeared overnight, each adorned with golden envelopes revealing key details about the much-anticipated opening. Bringing the celebration to life were dazzling dragon ribbon dancers and The Ivy Asia fortune cookies, offering passers-by sweet treats and snippets of what’s to come.
Opening in the beautifully restored former Bank of England building, The Ivy Asia Liverpool promises a blend of opulent interiors, exquisite dishes, showstopping cocktails, and the brand’s signature sense of occasion.
Designed to be a destination for every celebration, from date nights and after-work cocktails to lavish dinners with friends, the restaurant will seat up to 46 guests, with additional space at the bar for those looking to enjoy a drink in style.
The menu will showcase bold Asian flavours and the finest seasonal ingredients, featuring an irresistible selection of sushi and sashimi, vibrant small plates, indulgent mains, and beautifully crafted desserts made for sharing.
Hundreds of locals gathered in the city centre to catch a glimpse of the enchanting display and to celebrate Liverpool’s latest culinary arrival, which is already shaping up to be the city’s new must-visit dining and late-night destination.
