A mouthwatering rotisserie chicken menu and all-new American-Italian sharing plates are among the summertime menu updates for the three-floor entertainment venue PINS Social Club.

PINS, which is located on Duke Street in the heart of Liverpool, will offer guests a brand-new food menu with Italian-American influences as well as an exquisite selection of expertly crafted cocktails and beverages, all of which will be served in the restaurant’s recently renovated dining area, which features a raised platform designed to provide a wholly immersive entertainment experience.

Starting off with its carefully crafted Rotisserie Chicken menu, which is brined in house then basted in garlic, thyme, lemon oil and salt. Share a whole or half chicken, with pals or take a breast or thigh to yourself. All rotisserie is available with a choice of specialist sauce; classic Gravy or Caesar dressing, or try something new, with luxurious Cacio e Pepe or spicy Nashville Chilli sauce!

PINS’ small plates, ideal for splitting amongst friends, now feature Deep South Fried Chicken, Nduja & Hickory Beans, and Cacio e Pepe Mac & Cheese alongside a new range of salads and fries. With PINS’ “BIGS” offering American staples, Philly Cheese Steak & their smash patty Classic Burger, along with Lasagne made with ox cheek & pork and a Not So Lobster Roll – lobster mayonnaise & crayfish on a brioche bun.

For a taste of Italy, guests will also find a delicious selection of pizzas with fresh toppings; the Mortadella & Pistachio and Cavolo Nero, to name a few. There is also a variety of nibbles to go alongside the delicious classic dishes including homemade Toasted Focaccia with whipped chilli butter, Olives & Padron Peppers.

On Saturday 6th May, PINS will also be relaunching its brunch menu, with a PINS Social Club sandwich, Egg Champ – brioche topped with egg, american cheese & a sausage patty and a plethora of pancake options with delicious toppings choices.

PINS Social Club has also announced it will be launching a new cocktail menu filled with classic cocktail twists and PINS’ favourites. Highlights include Buddy’s Rendezvous which is made up of Cazcabel Silver, Campari, Banana and Chocolate and the Kodak, which consists of Bacardi Coconut, Banana, Melon, Pineapple. A portion of the sales of the Kodak will be donated to PINS’ chosen charity, Sunflowers.

Guests will be able to make the most of the bar’s happy hours, every weekday between 5pm and 7pm, where they can enjoy offers on select beers, house cocktails, bottles of wine and bottles of Prosecco.

The brand new menus will feature in PINS’ newly refurbished interior – with additional booth seating, a new raised platform area for a truly immersive entertainment experience.  Aerials and silk performers will appear weekly in the new upgraded space, with live music and dance performances every weekend.

Speaking on the refresh, PINS founder Dan Gillbanks said:

“The PINS refresh is the perfect mix of quality food, drink and entertainment; with our new Italian-American influenced menu allowing us to take inspiration from some of the best dishes around the USA and its huge melting pot of cuisines and cultures.

The brand new rotisserie chicken offering is unique to central Liverpool and a focal point of our new menu – which has been designed around sharing dishes and feasting with friends. We’ve worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the new drinks, food & entertainment offering is exciting & fresh for our guests. We can’t wait to re-open our doors to the public, and for them to see the changes we have made.”

PINS also recently relaunched its rooftop bar, a favourite in Liverpool over the summer. The Roof Project is influenced by American auto-shops, truck-stops and midwest trailer-parks, the bar flexes these across all new food, drink and music. With a retractable canopy plus heaters & fire pits for after dark. The Roof Project holds 300+ guests with industrial seating and private areas to its exterior in the ‘Sheds’ and come complete with tyre swings, salvaged decor and giant bumper sticker artwork in addition to featuring 3 brand new food stalls exclusive to The Roof only.

The new food and drink menus launch at PINS on 6th May and are available from 9am daily.  Bookings are now open here.
