Regeneration Business Peel L&P has donated space at their Liverpool Waters site to help a local charity Help Finder to support those who are most vulnerable.
Since the start of the pandemic the Help Finder team have been working around the clock shipping and delivering necessary PPE not only across the city of Liverpool but also further afield.
King Edward’s Triangle will be home to Help Finder as they continue to expand their operations. During Help Finder’s first week on site, they received over ten pallets of PPE – something that wasn’t previously possible until Peel L&P donated the 7,000 sq ft unit.
Liza Marco, Assets Manager at Peel L&P, said:
“As part of our wider sustainability work, Peel L&P is committed to supporting projects and companies that provide benefits to communities and the environment and we are delighted to have provided space at Liverpool Waters for Help Finder to grow, as they continue to assist vulnerable people on our doorstep.”
Dominic Lipscombe, Director of Help Finder, said:
“We are grateful for the support given to us by Liza Marco and the Peel L&P team on our mission.
“We would also like to say a special thanks to Tony Parry at DTM Legal LLP and Lisa Cairns for providing pro-bono representation and advice throughout this process.”
Help Finder is a charity that supports the most vulnerable in society. We work with organisations across the world to meet our goals and give support to those who need it.
Help Finder was formed in December 2019 and was initially called ‘Food Bank Finder’ who started out as a simple web app to provide support to food banks after seeing in the news that a current sitting MP has one and charges food banks for its use.

Liverpool Waters is transforming the city’s northern docks, bringing the 60-hectare site to life once again, creating a bustling, lively, attractive place to live and work across five different neighbourhoods.
