Pario Holiday Parks has unveiled a major £350,000 renovation at its Tan Rallt Holiday Park in Abergele, significantly elevating the wellness and leisure offering for visitors from across the North West.
Located just a 55-minute drive or a direct 90-minute train journey from Liverpool, the family-run park is a long-standing favourite for Merseyside residents seeking a countryside escape within easy reach of the city.
The extensive project, which began in January, has seen a complete transformation of the park’s leisure facilities to meet the growing demand for wellness-led breaks.
Set against the panoramic backdrop of the North Wales hills, the newly designed spaces offer a contemporary and tranquil retreat for both holidaymakers and holiday home owners.
Boutique Spa and Modernised Fitness Facilities

The heart of the investment lies in the total reimagining of The Retreat Spa and The Peak Studio Gym.
Inspired by boutique wellness destinations, The Retreat Spa now features warm earthy tones, bespoke lighting, and heated relaxation loungers.
Guests can also enjoy a new sauna and upgraded hydrotherapy facilities designed to provide a high-end spa experience.
For those looking to maintain their fitness routine while away, The Peak Studio Gym has been fully modernised with premium equipment and dedicated wellness spaces.
The investment also extends to the park’s social areas, including upgrades to The Cliffs Restaurant and the introduction of The View Bar.
This new addition is specifically designed to be pet-friendly, catering to the increasing number of guests who choose to travel with their dogs.
Rooted in Family Values and Regional Support

As a family-run business with over 20 years of history in the region, Pario Holiday Parks remained committed to its local roots throughout the renovation.
The project was delivered in collaboration with regional builders and contractors, ensuring the investment supported the local economy.
Rio Williams, Group Director at Pario Holiday Parks, said:
“This investment was about creating spaces that genuinely reflect the quality, comfort and atmosphere we want our guests to experience when they stay with us at Tan Rallt.
“We wanted the spa, gym and restaurant spaces to feel luxurious, welcoming and calming whilst still sitting naturally within the beautiful North Wales surroundings that make this park so special.”
Samantha Williams, Director at Pario Holiday Parks, said:
“As a family-run business, it was incredibly important to us that the project remained family-led and that we continued working with local builders and contractors we know and trust.
“Supporting local businesses has always been a huge part of who we are.
“The transformation has elevated every part of the guest experience and we’re incredibly proud of what’s been created.”
With holiday homes and caravans at Tan Rallt available to purchase from £14,995, the park offers a permanent base for those in Liverpool and the surrounding areas looking for year-round access to luxury facilities.
Whether visiting for a short break in the North Wales countryside or investing in a holiday home, the newly reopened facilities provide a refined destination for relaxation and escape.
The upgraded spaces are now open to all Tan Rallt holiday guests and owners, as well as those from the sister site, Bryn Defaid Holiday Park.
