This Friday (5th February) Leanne Wall, a local business owner will be bringing us 12 hours of back-to-back activities for the whole family to enjoy and take part in.
Leanne wants to showcase how many different types of activities and groups are out there that can help keep our minds happy and active.
Over 16 businesses will be taking part in the event all giving up their free time to help raise money for mental health charity Mind.
People watching can make a small donation were possible to the Mind charity by clicking on the tag during each session.
Mind, provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, whilst also campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding around mental health.
