Malmaison Liverpool is bringing together Japanese-inspired dining and classic steakhouse favourites with the launch of a new limited-time menu.
The hotel, based at 7 William Jessop Way, has introduced its SORA at Chez Mal menu, combining dishes from two of Malmaison’s most popular dining concepts.
Available until September 30, 2026, the menu features premium cuts of meat cooked over traditional Japanese Binchō-tan charcoal alongside sushi, sashimi, contemporary small plates and signature cocktails.
The collaboration pairs the French brasserie influence of Chez Mal with the bold Japanese flavours associated with SORA.
Diners can choose from dishes including fresh tuna sashimi and tiger prawn nigiri, as well as a selection of grilled meats and established Chez Mal favourites.
The nationwide launch follows the success of SORA restaurants at Malmaison York and Manchester Deansgate, as well as a summer takeover in Brighton.
Malmaison Liverpool is one of 18 hotels across the UK taking part in the limited-time dining experience, giving guests across the country the opportunity to try SORA’s Japanese-inspired menu.
