Liverpool-born holistic coach Jade Adams and integrative psychotherapist Abigail Iquo Isuo are bringing an immersive wellbeing workshop to Liverpool this November, offering participants the chance to explore self-awareness, personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
The four-hour event, Learning to Love Yourself, takes place at The Clubhouse in Wolstenholme Square on Saturday 21 November 2026, combining conscious breathwork, guided reflection, movement and interactive group exercises.
Organised through Academy Actualise, the workshop is open to men and women, with just 50 places available at £90 per person.
The experience aims to help participants reconnect with themselves, explore familiar patterns of behaviour and develop a fresh perspective on their relationships and everyday lives.
For Jade, who works internationally across London and Europe, bringing the workshop to Liverpool is particularly meaningful, offering an opportunity to reconnect with her northern roots alongside Newcastle-born Abigail.
Jade said:
“Bringing this experience to the city with Abigail is particularly special. We both have Northern roots and share a passion for helping people discover more about themselves.
“So often we’re busy looking after others, meeting expectations and juggling responsibilities that we forget to make time for ourselves. This is an opportunity to pause, reflect and explore what’s possible when we put ourselves first.”
A unique wellbeing experience in Liverpool
Through Academy Actualise, Jade and Abigail combine approaches drawn from psychology, philosophy, meditation, breathwork and movement to create interactive experiences designed to encourage personal development.
The Liverpool workshop will include conscious, connected breathwork using specialist headsets incorporating binaural beats and subliminal messaging.
Participants will also take part in guided reflection and small-group exercises known as mini constellations, which explore relationship dynamics, recurring behaviours and personal beliefs.
Movement practices, including dance and shaking, will form another part of the experience, encouraging participants to connect with their physical sensations and emotions.
Some sessions may be emotionally intense, with a dedicated support team available throughout the afternoon. Suitability information for the breathwork is provided through the booking link, while breaks and refreshments will also be included.
Abigail, an experienced integrative psychotherapist and senior retreat leader, said:
“Learning to love yourself begins with understanding yourself. It’s about recognising patterns, questioning beliefs and becoming more conscious of the choices we make.
“Jade and I want people to leave with fresh perspectives and meaningful insights they can take into their everyday lives.”
Bringing Academy Actualise to Liverpool
The event is supported by popular Baltic Triangle venue New Bird Kitchen, with Lorraine McCulloch and Jan Simpson helping to bring the experience to the city.
Academy Actualise was created as a training ground for life, offering experiences that encourage people to explore their potential, challenge limiting beliefs and develop a greater sense of fulfilment.
The Liverpool workshop is designed to welcome people from different backgrounds, whether they are seeking personal development, navigating change or simply interested in trying something new.
Jade added:
“You don’t have to be at a crossroads or searching for answers to benefit from taking time for yourself. Sometimes it’s simply about being open to new experiences and discovering what they might bring.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming people to what promises to be a special afternoon in Liverpool.”
