The Champions Walls at LFC’s AXA Training Centre and Anfield have been updated quickly today following the teams victory in the Carabao Cup final last night.
With a penalty shootout triumph over Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley on Sunday, Liverpool added a 49th trophy to their trophy cabinet.
The Reds won their seventh League Cup title, re-establishing themselves as the competition’s most successful team.
To commemorate the achievement, the League Cup sections of the club’s Champions Walls were upgraded with pride across all venues on Monday.
After 120 minutes of no goals versus Chelsea, Liverpool won the Carabao Cup final on penalties.
Caoimhin Kelleher, an Irish goalkeeper, was the hero, scoring the game-winning penalty as Liverpool triumphed 11-10 on penalties.
