Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and Fever have announced that DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™, a first-of-its-kind open-air drone spectacle, is coming to Liverpool.
Taking place at Haydock Park Racecourse on 21 and 22 August, this extraordinary experience celebrates 25 Years of Magic by showcasing iconic moments from the Harry Potter™ films.
The show will blend advanced drone choreography with the unforgettable music and iconic moments from the film series, featuring 1,200 illuminated drones soaring across the night sky in perfect harmony.
As darkness falls, audiences will witness a live violinist and a stunning canvas of light as memorable moments are reimagined through breathtaking aerial displays set to the iconic soundtrack and dialogue.
As part of the experience, attendees will also wear LED wristbands that allow them to interact further with the magic of the performance.
A Global Celebration of Magic
As part of a global tour across America, the United Kingdom, and Europe, select cities will host this large-scale drone spectacle, inviting wizards, witches and Muggles to celebrate the beloved film series.
In Los Angeles, fans will be treated to a special one-night-only event celebrating the franchise’s 25th Anniversary at the UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium on 13 June.
This exclusive performance will elevate the experience with additional curated moments created especially for the landmark gathering.
In Haydock Park Racecourse, audiences can also enjoy a celebratory wizarding world-inspired pre-show atmosphere, including themed food and beverage offerings and Harry Potter™ merchandise.

The DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ arrives at Haydock Park Racecourse for two nights only on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 August 2026.
This marks the first time such a large-scale drone performance dedicated to the franchise has toured the UK, following similar high-tech displays in major global cities.
The 25 Years of Magic celebrations commemorate the release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in cinemas, which first brought the Wizarding World to the big screen in 2001.
Previous anniversary events in the North West have included special screenings and the popular Forbidden Forest Experience at Arley Hall, which saw thousands of fans visit the region to engage with the franchise in an outdoor setting.
