A gourmet chicken and burger restaurant has now opened in the heart of Woolton Village.
Created by a team that’s worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years both in Liverpool and overseas in Malta and Egypt, Buffalo & Tabasco is bringing succulent peri peri chicken, delicious burgers, juicy ribs, wraps, subs and a selection of tasty sides including five different loaded fries, waffle fries, halloumi fries and mozzarella melts as well as a range of healthy salads.
Buffalo & Tabasco is open seven days a week from 11am-11pm to serve its guests from lunch right through to dinner and late night snacks, with its signature shakes including Ferrero, Kinder Bueno, Oreo and Biscoff shakes and a selection of desserts that are perfect for those with after dinner cravings.
Located at 17 Woolton Street, in the buzzing hub of Woolton Village, Buffalo & Tabasco will make a welcome addition to the community of hospitality venues, offering a menu that’s completely different to other food concepts in the area.
With booths available, the gourmet peri chicken restaurant accepts walk-ins only as well as takeaway direct with the restaurant or through Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo.
Signature burgers include the B&T King Mo; made up of a 170g double Angus beef patty served in a brioche bun with pulled beef rib, crispy chicken, American cheese and B&T cheese sauce.
For those who prefer chicken burgers, Buffalo & Tabasco have five different options such as the B&T Nashville Hot that is made up of extra hot chicken served in a brioche bun, Mexican cheese, lettuce and apple with B&T habanero sauce.
A lamb, duck, fish and veggie burger are also on the menu.

“We’re delighted to be opening the eatery tomorrow (Friday 21st May). We had plans to open it sooner but were unable to with the pandemic so it certainly feels like a long time coming. We’ve worked incredibly hard on perfecting the menu to give our guests a variety of delicious dishes that appeal to all. Whether you prefer chicken, burgers, ribs or wraps and subs, we’ve ensured that we cater for all.
