The streets of Liverpool will be welcoming the return of the much-loved Festive Farmers Christmas Convoy Tractor Run on Sunday, 18th December.
The event will once again see hundreds of festive farmers driving their tractors through the city to raise vital funds for causes such as Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Fans Supporting Foodbanks.
This year’s festive farmers tractor run will see the addition of a snow machine to add some festive spirit to the trail along the way.
Taking place on Sunday, 18th December from 6.00pm, the route will include visits past Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Stanley Park, the Strand (this year from the opposite end of the Strand), the Women’s Hospital, Wavertree, Five Ways, and Hunt’s Cross.
The tractor route will run slightly shorter than the previous year, and there will also be the option to follow the route on a live stream via YouTube @Ollyblogs during the event.
- Start of parade, Water Farm – 6pm
- Alder Hey Children’s Hospital
- Stanley Park
- The Strand
- Childwall 5 Ways
- Spring Wood
During the event, there will be a Foodbank drop at Stanley Park with Fans Supporting Foodbanks, which is even more vital this year with the cost of living crisis.
This year there will also be two quiet zones from Stanley Park to Goodison and through Spring Wood where families of children who don’t like loud noises can spectate.
Last year’s event raised a magnificent £65,000, with the Festive Farmers pushing to raise up to £100,000 for this year’s spectacular run.
